The full-day trip to the Shumen region begins with a visit to the horse farm "Kabiyuk", whose main activity is breeding and raising horses for sports and business purposes, visit to the Museum of the Horse, ride on a wagon. Degustation of cheese and milk prepared in the dairy farm.
The next stop on the route is a raspberry or other fruit (depending on the season) garden where every tourist is able to pick some fruits. The tour continues with the Kartalova house from the 19th century in the town of Preslav, where tourists are able to get in touch with the ancient and authentic crafts - weaving of rugs on a loom, knitting of socks and lace, work with a spinning wheel, wool carding, paprika grinding. The old women of Preslav will acquaint the guests with the authentic folklore of the region - customs such as St. George's Day, pre-wedding custom "Displaying the bride" and the preparation of the Boyar banitsa. Lunch.
The tour continues with a visit of the ruins of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom Veliki Preslav and of the Tombul Mosque - the second largest mosque on the Balkan Peninsula in Shumen - visit upon request.
